I, Mrs. Farida S. Debu, am a diabetic. My sugar levels had been very high since a long time. I am a diabetic, on insulin (20 units) and medications. Yesterday, I visited my doctor.  He could have easily prescribed the dosage based on the lab results (which were well within limits).  However, these trends were very useful in analyzing the sugar levels at different time zone during the day.  In my case, post dinner sugar was higher.  This enabled doctor to analyze in greater detail and was able to decide the treatment direction. 
The weekly schedule that was given to by you was very helpful otherwise on my own I would not have done the tests so frequently and seriously.  I am happy quote that it is not the treatment alone but the correct diet and discipline in what you eat, ultimately benefits.  These good habits will help diabetic as well as no-diabetics.
